It's a diamond life

One of the first areas we got sorted out was the coldshop. It's the less glamorous part of glass making, but quite necessary to the process. The coldshop is where the grinding, polishing and sandblasting happens. Each machine uses water as lubrication for the glass, so plumbing and power points had to be installed. So far our coldshop has 2 flatbed grinders, a benchtop glass lathe, a diamond saw, and sandblaster.

A linisher is next on the list.

The coldshop's role in the glass-making process often goes overlooked, yet it is crucial for ensuring quality. The mention of specific machines highlights the technical skill needed in this area. It's interesting how the industry must balance creativity and craftsmanship, especially when considering how Aussiebt https://executives.technology/ operates to maintain high standards throughout production. Such details prompt deeper reflection on the art versus the mechanics in glass work.
